We opened Mi Tenampa at the very beginning of 2012. Chef Agustin Sanchez wanted to bring his love of creative cooking to his longtime hometown Indianapolis, and he certainly brought it in a big way! In creating Mi Tenampa Agustin and his family wish to share a little taste home with you and yours! 2004 Iron Chef Winner Chef Agustin has spent 20 years honing his art, learning to cook many kinds of cuisine. Mi Tenampa takes Traditional Mexican Cuisine and gives it a twist (also a pinch, a shake, and bakes it at 450 degrees).
