Caliente Mexican Restaurant has been open since 2015, however the owners, managers along with the chefs have decades of combined experience. We wanted to share our love for cooking with Carmel IN neighbors and that is the reason we decided to start a new journey here. You can still enjoy some of mexican dishes at our other locations, however Caliente wanted to make sure you didn't have to travel that far to find and enjoy some unique mexican cuisine.

We've perfected our traditional recipes and our commitment is to continually improve them both in flavor and quality.
